It’s been a dismal week in gaming and a tricky week in the UK. Luckily, this football game is later that night, so we have some respite from the sun’s harmful eyes, but I’m more likely to be found fishing for starfish than doing anything productive this weekend.

We could think back to the good memories of 2013 and the promises of the PS4 generation with the release of Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced this week. Is it as good as we remember, and how big of an upgrade has Ubisoft made to the remake?
Dom also reviewed the Edifier MR5 Speakers. if you want a major upgrade to your gaming audio (and other types of audio too!).
Regarding the previews, I explained why Blood of Dawnwalker is good enough to make you lose sleep (and love it) when it launches in September, and Dom got a sneak peek at the giant war cannon simulator Iron Nest.
I was also of the opinion that we need much better laws for customers into the future of fully digital gaming, and we end the week with What we played with Iron Next, Black Flag Resynced and Dawn of War.
