Brandi Glanville‘s surprise appearance on Calabasas Confidential came when she shared too much about her son’s sex life.
During the fourth episode of the Netflix show, which premiered on Friday, May 29, Emily Nelson spent time with her friend Mason Cibrian – and his mother. Their meeting began with Emilie and Brandi, 53, chatting about Mason’s personal life.
“I love (his girlfriend). She’s the best. I want to keep her forever,” Brandi told Emilie of Mason’s girlfriend Sarah. “I told her to get pregnant. I was like, ‘Just fake it. Then we’ll have a cute little Irish baby and I can just watch.'”
Mason, for his part, gushed about his relationship, saying, “She’s the only person I’ve ever been with that I can imagine a future with.” Emilie was excited to see this side of Mason after remembering him as a flirt in high school. In response, Brandi recalled her own experiences with Mason when he was a teenager.
“I remember realizing he wasn’t a virgin when I walked past his room and heard a beating,” Brandi recalls. “I was like, ‘Fuck my life. My son’s not a virgin anymore.’ I think he was 15 or 16 and I cried. I’m like, “I feel so uncomfortable right now.” But at least he gives him a beating. He’s got some moves.”
Brandi has two sons Eddie Cibrianwith whom she was married from 2001 to 2010. More recently, Brandi has been focusing on her health amid facial disfigurement — possibly due to a parasite.
“It’s been a slow process, but I’m finally getting back to my normal routine and feeling like myself again,” Glanville said exclusively Us weekly in December 2025 and noted that she had a “fresh start” after moving into a new house. “The new space really helped me rethink and focus on creating a calmer, more positive environment for myself.”
She continued, “I’m enjoying keeping things simple, spending more time at home, and really taking care of myself. … I’m actively filming my YouTube series and working on a variety of new projects, so my focus is really on everything I’m creating today. It’s been exciting to grow and explore new platforms.”
During her cameo appearance Calabasas ConfidentialBrandi shared her new theory about her health issue.
“I haven’t had sex in two years. I was wondering if one of the really gross guys I was with was the reason I got this horrible and strange disease that no one knows what it is,” she said. “I thought it was from BJs.”
