Cardi B And Stefon Diggs have rekindled their romance after their brief separation.
“Cardi and Stefon are giving it another try,” a source tells us exclusively Us weekly. “She gives him a second chance but doesn’t fully commit to him.”
The insider adds that Cardi, 33, is “slowly letting Diggs, 32, back in.”
“They have been in closer contact lately. Things are no longer contentious,” the source says. “She still loves Stefon, which makes it hard for her to break up with it.”
Cardi B accompanied her ex-boyfriend Stefon Diggs to the pre-Mother’s Day celebration hosted by his nonprofit less than four months after their split. The couple’s reconciliation comes shortly after they were seen looking cozy at the “A Moment for Moms” celebration on Saturday, May 9, hosted by the football player’s Diggs Deep Foundation. Sports reporter Kelsey Nicole Nelson shared a photo of Diggs and Cardi greeting attendees at the event. In another snap, Diggs wrapped his arms around the rapper’s waist as they smiled at the camera.
Cardi and Diggs were first linked last year. In November 2025, they gave birth to their first baby together, a son. (Cardi shares three children with her ex-husband offset while Diggs shares two children from previous relationships.)
“My life has always been a combination of different chapters and seasons. My last chapter was the beginning of a new season,” Cardi wrote via Instagram after the birth of her baby. “A new beginning is never easy, but it was so worth it! I brought new music and a new album into the world, a new baby into my world and one more reason to be the best version of me, one more reason to love myself more than anything or anyone else so I can continue to give my babies the love and life they deserve.”
Cardi and Diggs called it quits before Super Bowl LX, when the New England Patriots took on the Seattle Seahawks, who ended up winning the big game. (Diggs previously played for the Patriots and was released in March.)
“They are always so up and down,” a source said Us the couple’s separation at the time. “This isn’t the first time they’ve broken up.”
Cardi still supported Stefon at the Super Bowl. She also danced in Bad Bunny’s halftime show Karol G, Young Miko And Jessica Alba.
There were rumors that Cardi and Diggs were back together earlier this year when the athlete was spotted at Cardi’s concert in Washington DC last month. According to a video shared by his personal trainer, Diggs could be seen dancing to Cardi’s song “Thotiana Remix.” Clyde Simmons.
