Alexei

Miloš Bikovic was announced with the first wave of casting in January 2024. HBO dropped him a month later after the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry criticized the channel for casting Biković despite his support of Russia in the country’s war against Ukraine.

days later, Julian Kostov was announced as a replacement for Biković. Biković subsequently criticized the decision in a statement.

Frank
