Indie publisher Pixel Doors and London-based developer Beyond The Pixels today launched their retro-inspired shoot-em-up Astro Burn into Early Access on Steam. The colorful arcade game follows the adventures of Astro, a space cat armed with powerful weapons, as she fights against waves of cute enemies to find her way back.
This launch comes after a particularly successful presentation at the London Games Festival 2026, where Astro Burn was selected as the official selection for the New Game Plus event.
